There was no doubt as to where the all the activity was Saturday in the Indian Beach-Sapphire Shores neighborhoods.Â
Residents and vendors packed the Sapphire Shores Park for the 4th annual Sun Circle Art Festival. The signature yarn-wrapped trees lined the park and added a flair of whimsy to the event.Â
