Eighth-graders got to spend time with friends during the end-of-the-year dance Friday.
Organized by teacher Jillene Bergeron, the dance's theme this year took attendees on a trip to Asia.
Returning by popular demand, the dance also had a room for students to check in personal belongings, including purses, jackets and shoes.

"The heels lasted about 45 minutes on average," said Kristin Saltzmann, the science teacher.
