Literacy Council of Sarasota honors community leaders

The 9th annual Literacy Matters luncheon recognizes Sarabeth Kalajian and Ted Lindenberg.

The Literacy Council of Sarasota welcomed guests for the 9th annual Literacy Matters Luncheon Friday at Michael's on East. 

Sarasota County Libraries & Historical Resources Director Sarabeth Kalajian was awarded the James E. Duffy Friend of Literacy Award. Ted Lindenberg was honored with the Volunteer of the Year Award.
