Even though Christmas is only eight days away, Santa Claus took some time off from his busy toy-making schedule to visit The Old Salty Dog on Dec. 17.
Customers enjoyed breakfast with Santa, crafts, such as making reindeer food, and a hot chocolate bar. Kids were able to sit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and go over their Christmas lists one last time.
It was the first time Santa has had breakfast at the Sarasota location of The Old Salty Dog, as the restaurant just started serving breakfast recently. The restaurant serves breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday through Sunday.
