Michael’s Wine Cellar hosted a five-course whisky dinner for the first time ever with Glenmorangie Ambassador Clarke Boyer on Thursday, August 4. Boyer introduced attendees to a five-course menu of everything from chorizo-filled dates wrapped in candied bacon to 7-oz filet mignon with chimichurri sauce, each paired with a different Glenmorangie scotch whisky. Each attendee was given a bottle of Glenmorangie 18 Year to take home.
