The following residential real estate transactions took place between August 31 and September 4.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Joy Miller, of Peoria, Ill., sold their home at 3531 Bayou Pointe to Benjamin and Gisela Huberman, of Longboat Key, for $2.4 million. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,074 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2003.

Reclinata
Ashridge Holding Ltd. sold the home at 537 Reclinata Drive to Vincent and Patricia Cavell, of Montville, N.J., for $1,850,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,041 square feet of living area.

Beachplace
Towner and Gayle Case sold their Unit 205 condominium at 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglas and Charlene Nolan, of Monroe, Conn., for $750,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $442,000 in 2000.

David Redding, trustee, of Pittsburgh, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Albina Leonzio, of Longboat Key, for $630,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area.

Sea Pines
John Reed and Sarah Trotta sold their Unit 11 condominium at 6945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Carolyn Waanders, of Wadsworth, Ohio, for $515,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2009.

Andrew Bers, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 5601 condominium at 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher Wilker, of Birmingham, Mich., for $510,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2012.

Islander Club of Longboat
Wesley and Mary Ellen Fritz, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the Unit 84-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Timothy Ruark, of Simsbury, Conn., for $510,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,000 in 2011.

Fairway Bay
Jay and Annette Safer, of Westchester, N.Y., sold their Unit 1501 condominium at 2000 Harbourside Drive to Paul Carreiro and Kimberley Pelyk, of Longboat Key, for $445,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2008.

Cedars East
Nahne Enterprises Inc. sold the Unit 6 condominium at 862 Evergreen Way to Robin Bardo and Beverly Bardo, of Longboat Key, for $229,900. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1998.

John Ringling Estates
Kendall and Sharon Kellaway sold their home at 40 N. Washington Drive to Kendall Kellaway Jr., of Norwell, Mass., for $1.4 million. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 2,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 1995.

Lido Regency
Stephen McKenna, trustee, sold the Unit 10-G condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Regina Carroll, of Ashburn, Va., for $630,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,500 in 2014.

Lido Harbor South
Mark Frank III and Dallas Brown, trustees, sold the Unit 406 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William Finagin Jr., of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,500 in 1978.

Lido Towers
Timothy Bokor and Waunita Sawler, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Taylor and Nancy Robison, of Cypress, Texas, for $300,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, two baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2013.

Bird Key

Robert Atwell and Suzanne Atwell, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 447 Bird Key Drive to Gregory and Janet Massarella, of Town & Country, Mo., for $1,393,500. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 4,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 1989.

Emilio and Pamela Campos, of Bradenton, sold their home at 450 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to D. Michael and Laura Travis, of Sarasota, for $1,044,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three and two half baths, a pool and 2,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $842,500 in 2009.

Carolyn Placeway, of Sarasota, sold her home at 628 N. Owl Drive to Doran and Janice Stark, of Sarasota, for $855,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,900 in 2009.

Rickco Holdings Ltd. sold the home at 577 S. Spoonbill Drive to G&H Anna Maria LLC for $630,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,000 in 2008.
