It wasn't night time, but with the lights off in the Braden River Middle School gym, students were able to have fun with neon glow sticks.Â
The school held a special glow dance Wednesday, Sept. 9,  as a reward to students who participated in Jostens Renaissance Program, an academic program that encourages students to keep a 3.0 or higher GPA, in the last quarter of the 2014-2015 school year, and kick off the new year. About 300 seventh- and eighth-graders got to fill up the gym for the two-hour dance party, which included a photo booth.Â
