The following residential real estate transactions took place between October 5 and October 9.
A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Wells Fargo, trustee, and First Mar and Co. sold the Unit J-903 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Wells Fargo, trustee, for $1.9 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two and two half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $852,600 in 1994.
The Tides of Longboat
David and Ellen Odenath, of Philadelphia, sold their Unit 103 condominium at 5555 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Hantz, trustee, of Southfield, Mich., for $1.15 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,828 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2011.
Longboat Key Estates
Linda Weiss, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 547 Rountree Drive to Robert and Susan Guay, of Wyomissing, Pa., for $749,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1985.
Bayview Estates
Michael Will and William and Carl Carmean, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 508 Bayview Drive to William and Nancy Motyka, of Hardwick, N.J., for $680,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,800 in 1997.
Country Club Shores
Ralph and Maria Aiello, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 530 Golf Links Lane to Lawrence Leszcynski Jr. and Lori Ann Cary, of Longboat Key, for $670,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2007.

John and Kimberly Grandoff, of Tampa, sold their Unit 214 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Kim George, of Tampa, for $515,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2003.
Islander Club of Longboat
Mary and Larry Marthaler, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 25N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sheila and Max Hollinden, of Decatur, Ill., for $420,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1977.

Fannie Mae sold the Unit G3-303-A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Barbara Puchta, of Longboat Key, for $240,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1988.
St. Armands Towers North
Lorenzo Romano II and John Lolio Jr., trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 36 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Jennifer Watson, of Windermere, for $590,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,500 in 1988.
Key Towers South
Thomas Lieber, James Lieber, Paul Lieber, Richard Weinthal and Donald Weinthal, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 6-E condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Thomas and Sheila Lieber, of Oyster Bay, N.Y., and James and Margie Lieber, of Pittsburgh, for $475,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1976.

Frederick and Anita Thornton sold their Unit 301 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Lid0301 Strategic Investments LLC for $419,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,400 in 1995.
