Seven charities were honored during OPL Charities’ 20th annual golf tournament Oct. 15 to 17
Two hundred golfers participated in the tournament, and an additional 200 people attended the reception and check presentation Oct. 17.
A total of $275,000 was donated to the charities, and three local charities, Glasser-Schoenbaum Human Services Center, the Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota County and Manasota B.U.D.S., each received $25,000.
“We want to thank Ocean Properties for their generous donation,” said Jaime DiDomenico, board chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. “This will make a difference and help serve the kids.”
