The following residential real estate transactions took place between September 28 and October 2.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Toni Turner, trustee, and James Turner III, of Sarasota, sold the home at 125 N. Warbler Lane to Gay Daniel, trustee, of Lake Forest, Ill., for $3.6 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool and 5,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.4 million in 2007.

Longboat Key

Fairhaven Properties Inc. sold the home at 5145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LBK LLC for $3 million. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,850,000 in 2012.

Tangerine Bay Club
432 Tangerine Bay Club Holdings LLC sold the Unit 432 condominium at 370 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Colbert, of Longboat Key, for $925,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2012.

Emerald Pointe North
Ann Burroughs, trustee, of Whitehall, Mich., sold the Unit 4 condominium at 2067 Harbour Links Drive to Mohamed Zaki, of Longboat Key, for $800,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 2,643 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,900 in 1999.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
David and Teena Kantor sold their home at 573 Juan Anasco Drive to Terrance and Lisa O’Hara, of Longboat Key, for $745,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2002.

Fairway Bay
Justine Solomon, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 514 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Dennis and Marlon Barden, of Highland Park, Ill., for $722,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2000.

Kevin Fitzgibbons and Martha Harper sold their Unit 235 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Philip Joyce, trustee, of Fontana, Wis., for $470,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2012.

Promenade
Jadwiga-Pikor and Edward Mues, of Greenville, S.C., sold their Unit 210 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Linda Pilla, of Dedham, Mass., for $700,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1994.

Beachplace
Joseph and Marlene Wetherell, of New York City, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roy Zitomer and Elise Zitomer, trustees, of Washington Township, N.J., for $690,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 1989.

Longboat Key Yacht and Tennis Club
Robert and Mary Carlisle, of Sturgeon Bay, Wis., sold their Unit 402 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sareli LLC for $670,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $809,000 in 2005.

Bay Harbour Apartments
William Kreston, of Dallas, sold his Unit 106 condominium at 448 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jane Hansen, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $420,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2014.

Turtle Crawl
F. Michael and Barbara Parker and Simpson and Lynn Parker sold their Unit T-204 condominium at 4235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lahrada LLC for $375,100. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,000 in 2003.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Estralita Ward, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 111 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank Rothschild, of Rockville, Md., for $375,000. Built in 1996, it has one bedroom, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2009.

The Ringling
Hector and Stephanie Estrada, of Oak Park, Ill., sold their home at 601 St. Judes Drive to Daniel and Yvette Clermont, of Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

Banyan Bay Club
Norman Milles and Maureen Fusco sold their Unit 407 condominium at 5260 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Anthony and Deborah Nardella, of Branford, Conn., for $280,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,000 in 1998.

Seaplace
Security Federal Bank sold the Unit G4-204-C condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Maizon Bleu LLC for $270,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area.

Beach Harbour Club
Stephen Beigbeder sold his Unit A-107 condominium at 3802 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Paulette Krasnoff, of Venice, for $251,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2004.

Jungle Queen Way
MHW Investments of Sarasota LLC sold the home at 672 Jungle Queen Way to Kevin and Michelle Pingel, of Longboat Key, for $250,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $451,700 in May.

Whitney Beach
Bernard and Frances Vogt, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 176 condominium at 6750 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Shelly Valdez, of Valrico, for $229,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2010.

Palazzi Al Mare LLC sold the Unit A condominium at 361 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Lentini, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.5 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four and two half baths, a pool and 5,405 square feet of living area.

The Beach Residences
Bernard and Margaret Bruns, Rodney and Rosanne Grettler, J. Todd and Paula Good, Jeffrey and Judith Cavalancia and Harry and Kathy Spielman, of Indiana, Pa., sold their Unit 1106 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Emilia Karsh, of W. Hollywood, Calif., for $2.4 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.55 million in 2005.

Lido Beach Club
William and Sheila Perry, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 306 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jeffrey Scott, of Schaumberg, Ill., for $556,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2014.
