Payne Skate Park hosts Shredtoberfest

The ramps and rails were abuzz Saturday afternoon at Payne Skate Park for Shredtoberfest. A lineup of contests for scooters, skateboards and bikes took over the park for most of the day. Prizes for the competitions included gear, t-shirts and posters.
