Anticipation hung in the air for children waiting to see Santa Claus make his arrival at the Light Up The Village parade Saturday night on Siesta Key.
The annual parade made it's way down Ocean Boulevard in Siesta Key Village with floats and businesses handing out candy canes and other treats. The parade ended at Siesta Center where Santa's Village was set up with clowns making balloon animals, a demonstration by Red Tiger Martial Arts and a first for many Florida children, snow.
