Sanctuary condo sells for $2.25 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between November 2 and November 6.

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Valda DeRobertis, trustee, of Longboat Key, Victor DeRobertis Jr., of E. Greenwich, R.I., Lisa Gordon and Robin Webber, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit A-801 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Britt Lundgren, trustee, of Minneapolis, for $2.25 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 1990.

Sleepy Lagoon Park

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 784 Lyons Lane to KI Property Holdings LLC for $1,139,300. Built in 1964, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,123 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 2005.

Country Club Shores

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 511 Golf Links Lane to Lynn Jacobs, trustee, of E. Hills, N.Y., for $593,300. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2005.

Seaplace

Campbell Wells Properties LLC sold the Unit G-2-104A condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher and Maura Kearns, of Belle Mead, N.J., for $380,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,500 in February.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Ivah Diener, of Lansing, Mich., sold the Unit 20 condominium at 661 Spanish Drive N. to Walter and Brenda Karspeck, of Harrisville, R.I., for $230,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area.

BIRD KEY

Byron and Crystal DeVoe sold their home at 469 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to ERF Sarasota LLC for $1.4 million. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,279 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2001.
