To examine the range of inventory on the Key, we searched for the highest and lowest priced single-family homes and condominiums for sale that are not listed as pending.

Although Longboat Key is known for its expensive, lavish housing, homes and condos for sale on the Key range from less than $200,000 to the luxurious cost of more than $20 million.
