Attendees of the May 21 Family Night event at Imagine School at Lakewood Ranch were greeted by a '50s diner theme, from the staff members' knee-length skirts and neck scarves to the "drive in" paper cars taped to the walls of the entrance. Students showcased their science projects, while other children led their parents through the school's media center to browse new books for sale. And, the school's backyard housed craft projects, animal exhibits and other games and attractions for participants.
