Braden River High School students graced Lakewood Ranch Main Street with ball gowns and tuxedos Saturday, May 16.
Polo Grill served as the venue for the students' prom. Students gathered in the ballroom to dance and spend time together.
Senior prom will now hold a special memory for Carley Engelberger. Don, her father and a history teacher at Braden River High, was one of the chaperones for the evening.Â
"How many girls get to say they danced with their dad at senior prom?" she said.
Other chaperones had fun, too: Stephanie and Zach Knispel, Mercedes Loeffler and Carlo Rodriguez busted a few moves while keeping an eye on the dance floor.
"Chaperones have fun too!" Rodriguez said.
Students circled up to dance in the Polo Grill ballroom.
