Residents crowded Bayfront Park for the chance to watch the 30th annual Sarasota Holiday Boat Parade of Lights Saturday, Dec. 12.Â
Boats decked for the holidays with lights and music launched from City Island and floated along the Sarasota Bayfront starting near the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. The finish line for the parade was at the judging area.Â
Santa Claus reels in a catch on the back of entry 4.
The first entry made its way to the staging area where judges got a 360-degree view of the decorations.
The second entry makes its way by Bayfront Park and Marina Jack.
