For the 42nd year FirstSarasota Baptist Church put on a show with the Singing Christmas Tree.Â
With 80 choir members nestled in its branches the group filled the church with music ranging from "O Come, All Ye Faithful" to "Hallelujah" and "Peace On Earth."
At any given moment the more than 12,000 lights on the tree changed pattern coordinating with the music.Â
"Let's just pray that they all go on," said Rev. Bill Hild in reference to the lights. Â
