John Ringling Parkway home sells for $2.9 million

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Hackel Realty LLC sold the home at 1400 John Ringling Parkway to Its Our Dream Properties LLC for $2.9 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,496 square feet of living area.

Corey’s Landing
Barry and Bridget Schnepel sold their home at 3514 Mistletoe Lane to James and Joan Brooks, of Dover, Mass., for $1,335,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2014.

Sleepy Lagoon
Warren and Grant Pies sold their home at 6401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bruce and Kimberly Peterson, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $1.3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2002.

Beachplace
Mark and Romana Solent, trustees, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold the Unit 106 condominium at 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mike and Michele McKee, of Longboat Key, for $1.2 million. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 1999. 

Grand Bay
Nelson Salabarria and Joyce Hanscom, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 344 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to H. Roger and Linda Lutz, of Longboat Key, for $1.1 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,000 in 2014.

Islands West
Marjorie McConnell, of Wyckoff, N.J., sold her Unit 5-A condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janet Foisie, of Longboat Key, for $895,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2003.

Country Club Shores
Jeanne Schwartz, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 600 Yardarm Lane to 600 Yardarm LLC for $825,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $346,600 in 1992. 

Joseph and Joan Regan, trustees, of Southbury, Conn., sold the Unit 6-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Glen Quarrie and Susan Kreh, of Brookfield, Wis., for $660,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 1994.

Winding Oaks
Russell Gill and Josephine Franz, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 45 condominium at 3434 Winding Oaks Drive to Stanley and Jane Rodbell, of Baltimore, for $558,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,000 in 2000.

Longbeach
Karen Weaver, Kathleen McKinney, Timothy McKinney, Matthew McKinney and Elizabeth McKinney sold their Unit 12 condominium at 7105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sheldon and Janice Sterling, of Fayetteville, Ga., for $450,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Sherman and Harriet Radler, trustees, sold the Unit 811 condominium at 811 Bayport Way to Robert and Nancy Goldsmith, of Marlboro, N.J., for $445,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,000 in 2000.

Longboat Harbour
Warren Conrad, trustee, of Willow Street, Pa., sold the Unit 101 condominium at 4400 Exeter Drive to Allen Ross and Linda Reilly, of Greenfield, Mass., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,500 in 1991.

Beach Harbor Club
John and Alma Popa and Juliet Popa, of Stamford, Conn., sold their Unit C-209 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Howard and Elizabeth Frye, of Trussville, Ala., for $232,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,046 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,500 in 2009.

Lido Surf and Sand
Joseph Sexton, of Colleyville, Texas, sold the Unit 702 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Harold Sheehan, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $895,000 in 2008. 

White Sands of Lido
Randolf Mikkelson and Mary Harper, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 900 Blvd. of the Presidents to Morris Group South LLC for $359,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2000.

Bird Key

Margaret March and Michael Kramer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 435 Partridge Circle to Kramer Holding GmbH for $825,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2009.

St. Armands

Kingston Arms
Timothy Bokor and Waunita Sawler, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 25B condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Nitza Avni, trustee, of Framingham, Mass. for $282,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2012.
