Longboat Key Triathlon still looking for last round of volunteers

Volunteer assignments are still being organized for the Longboat Key Triathlon Oct. 19, and those interested in helping have one more chance to do so.

At 6 p.m. on Oct. 17, on the first floor of The Hub at 1680 Fruitville Road in downtown Sarasota, remaining open positions will be assigned and covered in detail.  Volunteer t- shirts will also be handed out, and workers will be asked to sign a required insurance waiver prior to the race. 

Volunteers will receive a free event t-shirt and an entry ticket to the after party event following the triathlon.
