+ Annette Rogers joins forces with Cheryl Loeffler
Annette Rogers has joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty to team up with Cheryl Loeffler and her team that includes Betsy Sublette and Daniel Volz.

Originally from Connecticut, Rogers has 40 years of experience in luxury property marketing, buying and selling and has closed $63 million in sales in a single year. Before she began her real estate career, Rogers worked as a nurse, owner of a hotel in Jamaica and as a batik artist and enamellist.

Rogers is a past board member of the Sarasota Arts Council and Asian Museum of Art and is currently active with Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Ballet, the Sarasota Opera Association and the Van Wezel Foundation.

+ Pettingell ranks among top 250 agents
Roger Pettingell, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, recently ranked in the top 250 real estate agents in the U.S. in REAL Trends “The Thousand.”

Pettingell ranked No. 239 in sales volume among agents nationwide for 2013, with more than $61 million in sales and 59 transactions. He was also the top-ranked Realtor for sales volume in Sarasota and Manatee counties, according to the Sarasota-Manatee Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in 2013 for the second consecutive year and the fourth year since 2008.

In the past year, Pettingell added two staff members, revamped his website, longboatrealestate.com, and expanded his social media presence.

Pettingell began his real estate career in 1983 with Arvida Corp., after graduating from Guilford College, in Greensboro, N.C.
