The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners will review a number of important issues at its regular meeting 9 a.m. April 8.

At the Manatee County Administrative Building, 1112 Manatee Avenue West, the board will consider a motion to authorize eminent domain proceedings related to the extension of 44th Avenue East to 19th Street Court East and 30th Street East.

It will also consider approving Project CANTINA — a proposed clean technology facility in Manatee County — for an economic development and transportation impact fee incentive grant.

The board will also vote on whether to adopt revised procedures for its meetings.
