L'Ambiance unit sells for $2.5 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
Morton and Carol Siegler, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit M-608 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Charles and Constance Cotros, of Longboat Key, for $2.5 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, and-two-half baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,047,300 in 1994.

The Beach Residences
John and Mary Soscia, of Venice, sold their Unit 706 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Windward Venture Partners LLC for $1,829,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.14 million in 2005.

Country Club Shores
Sandra Cutler-Cohen, of Sarasota, sold her home at 513 Yawl Lane to David Cohen, of Gibsonia, Pa., for $754,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 1998.

Grand Bay
Gerda Schak, trustee, of Barrington, Ill., sold the Unit 212 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Jon and Karen Einsidler, of Tenafly, N.J., for $725,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2000.

Islander Club of Longboat
James and Jacklyn Covell sold their Unit 113-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Riley Newby, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2004.

David Sanders, trustee, and Gayle Sanders, of Springfield, Ohio, sold the Unit 75N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Paredes and Tisha Paredes, of Seaford, Del., for $390,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.

The Players Club
Marie Fox, of Allendale, N.J., sold her Unit 105 condominium at 1465 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Pratap and Sunita Chavan, of Dayton, Ohio, for $504,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,793 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1993.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Patricia Tobin, Janet Liguori, Gerald Liguori, Raymond Liguori and Gina Laudone, of Westerly, R.I., sold their Unit 711 condominium at 711 Bayport Way to Marcie Lance, of Highland Park, Ill., for $399,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,900 in 1990.

Lido Towers
McDonnell Family Ltd. Partnership I sold the Unit 710 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Albert and Joyce Dombrowski and Dawn McDonnell, of Longboat Key, for $306,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2003.
