Fifth-graders Dylan Simmons and Anthony Jedrzejewski couldn’t wait to wash the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office vehicle that came through.
Student Council vice president Riley Lewellen, 10, and president Harley Kovalick, 10, made signs to try and drum up business.
Eleven-year-olds Zoe Marsh and Rachel Toole had fun washing cars.
Ten-year-old Tyson Peco enjoyed seeing how well of a job they did at the end.
Braden River Middle School sixth-graders Kyla Rudd and Skylee Miller volunteered their time in support of their former school.
About 20 student council members spent the afternoon washing cars to raise money for the Humane Society.
