Michael and Judith Wright, of Wayzata, Minn., sold their Unit 22A condominium at Regent Place, 675 Longboat Club Road, to Scott and Carolann Hennessy, of Memphis, Tenn., for $2.8 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.6 million in 2001.
Of this week’s eight residential real-estate transactions recorded Sept. 5 to Sept. 9 at the Sarasota and Manatee county courthouses, two sold for more than $2 million, including the top sale of the week. Five sales took place on the Manatee County side of the Key; while three took place on the Sarasota County side.

Steven and Lynn Blackledge sold their Unit 201 condominium at 4965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Albert Graf, trustee, Longboat Key, for $2,725,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,123 square feet of living area.

Edward Duggan, trustee, of Canton, Mass., sold the Unit 505 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Harvey Sheldon and Laura Traeger, Fort Lauderdale, for $600,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area.
Fairway Bay II
Joel Koblentz, of Sag Harbor, N.Y., sold the Unit 447 condominium at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Deborah Cohen, Longboat Key, for $425,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2002.
Longbeach
Robert Rokop, Sarasota, and Dianne Martino-Reynolds, Longboat Key, sold their home at 6960 Longboat Drive S. to Stephen Harris and Amaza Reid, of Phoenix, Md., for $395,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,541 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $77,000 in 2008.
Seaplace IV
Eleanor Brucker, trustee, of Orchard Park, N.Y., sold the Unit G6-307-A condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Patricia Saxon, life estate, and to Heather Crutchfield, Michael Crutchfield, Scott Saxon and Sean Saxon, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1978.
McCall’s Beach Castle
Michael and Julie Liber, Cincinnati, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 5311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LLT LLC for $250,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in May.
Turtle Crawl
Paul and Gay Scherrer sold their Unit T-301 condominium at 4235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Agnes Peterson, of Stamford, Conn., for $230,000. Built in 1990, it has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,000 in 2003.
