Thomas Quigley wore his “lucky suit” Saturday, May 7, at the Kentucky Derby party at the Sarasota Yacht Club. Quigley proudly announced that he had worn the same suit to the 1941 Kentucky Derby, during which he bet $5 on a horse named Whirlaway. Whirlaway won the Kentucky Derby that year.
