+ Coldwell Banker NRT recognizes seven Longboat Key agents
Coldwell Banker NRT recently recognized seven agents from the company’s Longboat Key office for ranking in the top 1,000 of the company’s 43,000 agents nationwide in closed business for the second quarter. Longboat Key agents who received the honor were Barbara Ackerman, Patrick DiPinto, Judy Kepecz-Hays, Lynne Koy, Bruce Myer, Roger Pettingell and Louis Wery.

+ Simon Group joins St. Armands MS&Co. office
The husband-and-wife team of David and Lori Simon, working as The Simon Group, has joined the St. Armands office of Michael Saunders & Co.

Since 1971, David Simon has been a licensed attorney in Michigan and practiced real-estate, banking and business law for more than 30 years. He founded and later sold a Michigan-based, publicly traded community bank and went on to work on the development and sales of condominium projects and single-family homes in Michigan and Florida.

Lori Simon is originally from Birmingham, Mich., and is the third generation of a real-estate family. She entered the industry in 2004 and worked as a sales agent for a builder of condominiums and single-family homes before joining an independent luxury real-estate company.

+ Coldwell Banker Longboat Key announces July stats
Coldwell Banker Longboat Key announced that new pending sales business for the month of July was up 32% compared to July 2010. Lynne Koy led the month with six new sales totaling more than $5 million. Roger Pettingell also finished the month with three sales at a total of just under $4 million.
