TBI barbecue is a glowing success

The annual Temple Beth Israel Men’s Club barbecue drew 87 temple members and their guests April 17 to Bay Isles Beach Club.

Roger Goldstein kept the grills glowing while hot dogs, burgers and chicken were prepared. The usual trimmings of cole slaw, potato salad plus sauerkraut, onions and sliced tomatoes were served buffet style.
During the afternoon, Judy Goldstein, Bob Vigder and Ira Singer joined Russell Heath at the keyboard for a musical session of oldies tunes.
