+ Key women take first-place finishes
Longboaters Meike Dooley and Ellen Levine both competed in their first duathlon, which was also a first for the island — Sunday's Longboat Key Triathlon and Duathlon. Both women won first place in their age groups and report the event was spectacular thanks to organizers, volunteers and Key neighbors.
