A memorial service for Herbert Sapstein, 80, of Longboat Key, who died March 1, will take place at 4 p.m. Monday, March 22, at Temple Beth Israel, 567 Bay Isles Road. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Research Foundation, P.O. Box 0493, Chicago, Ill., 60690.
