TWISS = This Week is Southern Savory

I'm just sayin': Fried green tomatoes make me feel so good. That’s why when we go to Owen’s Fish Camp for the Fried Green Tomato Salad.

There is no other salad for me: fried green tomatoes atop tossed greens with crisp country ham and buttermilk dressing. The first bite is  an “oh my” moment, and by the third bite you are in the zone of "This is crazy good ... this is colossal ... this is bad-ass!!"

And there it stands, a perfect Southern salad---pardon my manners, please.
