There’s no snooze button for these dedicated volunteers: The Longboat Key Turtle Watch members patrol the beaches on the Manatee County side of the Key at sunrise each morning while walking the sandy shores in search of nests. On July 9, Cyndi Seamon, Sara Heuer, Jennifer Sargeant and Lindsey Conrad took to the beach to protect and monitor our flippered friends.
