Tessera condominium sells for $1.7 million

A condominium in Tessera tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sharon Sweeney, trustee, and Charles Sweeney, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 22 condominium at 500 S. Palm Ave. to Michael Kneeland and Roxzene Hunter, of Sarasota, for $1.7 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2012.
