A condominium in Tangerine Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Christine Short, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 124 condominium at 340 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jacinto Fernandez, of Bergenfield, N.J., for $1,225,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $930,000 in 2012.

Real estate transactions for Feb.13-17.

Ralph Jordan and Paige Petersen, of Sarasota, sold their home at 405 Partridge Circle to Liverbirdkey LLC for $1.2 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2015.

Roger Magro sold his home at 499 Partridge Circle to John and Christine Short, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,539 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,000 in 2009.

Country Club Shores

George Kao sold the home at 551 Birdie Lane to Michael and Karen Leone, of Geneva, Ill., for $1.1 million. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2005.

Longboat Cove

Lora Lyons, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 206 condominium at 5481 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Stone, trustee, of Bradenton, for $1.05 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,721 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $915,000 in 2014.

Sabal Cove

Gerald and Sheri Lublin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3318 Sabal Cove Lane to Joseph and Regina Platano, of Longboat Key, for $1.05 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,883 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,475,000 in 2004.

Longboat Harbour Towers

Judith Palmer and William Foster sold their Unit 802 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Maria Marcoux, of Quebec, Canada, for $685,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

Sanctuary I at Longboat Key Club

Jacqueline and Robert Elliott, of Winter Haven, sold their Unit A-103 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to Lieberman Holdings LLC for $600,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2015.

Arbomar

Bradford Blair, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 504 condominium at 4485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Maureen O’Phelan, of Lutsen, Minn., for $525,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,175 square feet of living area. 

Bay Harbour Apartments

Alan and Mary Wilson, of Edinburgh, Scotland, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 450 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Lisa Feldbusch, of Newburgh, Ind., for $355,600. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2010.

Embassy Villa

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Janice and Christopher Amstutz, of Sarasota, for $307,700. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2016. 

Sutton Place

Robert and Miriam Smith, of Gilford, N.H., sold their Unit PHA-5 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to Steven Bauer, of Gilford, N.H., for $200,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 2000.
