St. James Park home sells for $645,000

A home in St. James Park topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ian Nicolson sold his home at 6612 St. James Crossing to Jean Rae Latelle, trustee, of University Park, for $645,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,875 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $609,000 in 2014.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Adam and Kelly Ellis sold their home at 811 Field Brook Court to Peter and Melanie Nelson, of Bradenton, for $639,400. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $473,500 in 2003.

Harbour Walk
Janet Wilson, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 580 Fore Drive to John and Dawn DaPuzzo, of Mahwah, N.J., for $630,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Keith Cipielewski and Owen-Cipielewski, of Osprey, sold their home at 15406 21st Ave. E., to HP Florida I LLC for $525,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $426,000 in 2013.

Julie and Christopher Blank, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13638 Second Ave. N.E., to HP Florida I LLC for $435,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2005.

Randall and Jeanne Walker sold their home at 13629 Third Ave. N.E., to William Embry and Tanya Embry, of Bradenton, for $369,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Robert and Sheryl Foley sold their home at 6644 Pirate Perch Trail to James and Julie Gosnell, of Lakewood Ranch, for $520,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2008.

Tracy Fox, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6349 Golden Eye Glen to Elias Matta and Rachel Seikaly, of Bradenton, for $373,500. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,697 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,500 in 2014.

Del Fabro Properties LLC sold the home at 13858 Waterthrush Place to Santos Hollmann and Martina Cordero, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2011.

Esplanade
Carvin and Deborah Buzzell, of Circle Pines, Minn., sold their home at 5242 Napoli Run to Robert and Doris Holt, of Burke, Va., for $479,900. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $436,600 in 2014.

Davene Heckman and Douglas Behler, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 5259 Castello Lane to Richard and Lorraine Heidrick, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,717 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $479,400 in 2013.

David Niemeyer, trustee, of The Villages, sold the home at 13125 Prima Drive to Frank and Jennifer Fiorentino, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,900 in 2014.

Heritage Harbour
Andrew and Judith Aharon, of Parrish, sold their home at 8907 River Preserve Drive to Robert Adams and Monica Lauver Adams, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2014.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 7133 Quiet Creek Drive to Darryl and Christine Levine, of Chicago, for $399,900. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,006 square feet of living area.

Christopher Perkins, of Clearwater, sold the home at 6631 Candlestick Drive to Phillip Bondi and Phyllis Glass, of Pittsburgh, for $235,000. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,525 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,500 in 2014.

Lorraine Road
James and Tammy Weger sold their home at 3519 Lorraine Road to Robert and Marilyn Battles and Jeffery and Robin Lefever, of Bradenton, for $447,300. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2010.

Riverwalk Village
Clive Leach and Diana Ross, David Ross and Paul Ross, of Hertfortshire, United Kingdom, sold their home at 11011 Hyacinth Place to Juan and Linda Rosabal, of Lakewood Ranch, for $442,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,573 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2008.

Anthony and Leslie Swart, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7320 Arrowhead Run to Sheri Biondi, of Bradenton, for $389,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,300 in 2001.

Candice Frandsen, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4720 Woodbrook Drive to John and Teresa Ruhnke, of Sarasota, for $413,500. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,600 in 2013.

Sheila and Adam Swift, of Sarasota, sold their home at 11513 Gramercy Park Ave., to John and Lyndsay Soto, of Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2012.

Eric and Rene Checchia sold their home at 11216 White Rock Terrace to Christian and Nit Jensen, of Bradenton, for $252,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,200 in 2013.

Marlon and Melissa Valencia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12823 Penguin Drive to David and Shawn Wherry, of Bradenton, for $358,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,313 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,500 in 2005.

Michael Miller and Beate Vonmaur Miller, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1106 Brambling Court to Kenneth and Cynthia Felzer, of Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2009.

Lawrence Venditto, trustee, of King Wash., sold the home at 6414 Addington Place to Gail Berenson, of University Park, for $355,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Margaret Furno, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4706 62nd Terrace E., to Robert and Maria Biskup, of Amherst, N.Y., for $334,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,400 in 2010.
