Siesta Key home sells for $4.45 million

A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Guy Elliott and Noemi Szilvia, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6675 Peacock Road to John Morgan Hodges and Lisa Hodges, of Sarasota, for $4.45 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,271 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.95 million in 2003.

SARASOTA

Mark Sarasota

Steven Alan Raymund sold the Unit 1210 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Carolyn Patten, of Port Saint Lucie, for $2,599,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,803 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,007,200 in 2020.

Richard Earl Betz, of Lake Forest, Illinois, sold his Unit 712 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to C. Harris Haston and Carlene LeBous, of Cody, Wyoming, for $1.15 million. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,559 square feet of living area. It sold for $920,400 in 2019.

Hartsdale

Michael Strauss and Robin Klein-Strauss sold their home at 1919 Boyce St. to David Tarella, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,820 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,875,000 in 2017.

Harbor Acres

1561 Harbor Drive LLC sold the home at 1561 Harbor Drive to 1561 Harbor Investment LLC for $2 million. Built in 1953, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,210 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,144,000 in 2017.

Vue

Mark Loughead, of Venice, sold the Unit 707 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Janes L. Lundquist 2012 Revocable Trust for $1.45 million. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,565 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,349,000 in March.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 514 condominium at 1301 Tamaimi Trail to Sanford and Joan Goldberg, of Sarasota, for $1.42 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,075,000 in 2015.

Malcolm Stevenson, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1636 Laurel St. to Laurel Street Property Associates LLC for $1.35 million. Built in 1910, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It sold for $395,000 in 2020.

Kenilworth Estates

Carl and Deborah Giggleman, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1719 Kenilworth St. to Christine Cecchetti Mumma, trustee, of Durham, North Carolina, for $1.2 million. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,432 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.01 million in 2019.

1723 South Dr LLC sold the home at 1723 South Drive to Jeffrey and Carolyn Rovner, of Sarasota, for $1,175,000. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,224 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.02 million in 2016.

Beth Wilson and George Roldan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2323 Pine Terrace to Bruce and Janet Wacker, of Memphis, Tennessee, for $880,000. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,655 square feet of living area. It sold for $615,000 in 2017.

Alexandre and Josette Calame, of Osprey, sold their Unit 604 condominium at 1500 State St. to Stacy Womer, of San Jose, California, for $579,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,014 square feet of living area. It sold for $527,000 in 2018.

Elizabeth Wright, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1863 Buccaneer Court to Rosana Pea, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,044 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,000 in 2001.

Hudson Park

Edward Jennings and Joan Potkay, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, sold their home at 881 S. Jefferson Ave. to Conrad and Eileen Panza, of Longboat Key, for $559,500. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,518 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000 in 2020.

Robert and Annette Dahlin sold their Unit 406 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Webb Corbin, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It sold for $735,800 in 2006.

April Tosch and Sakhr Asa’ad Jamjoom, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 40 condominium at 1498 Landings Lake Drive to Thomas and Sharon Haensly, of Seattle, for $540,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,116 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2016.

1835 6th Street LLC sold the home at 1835 Sixth St. to J&J of SWFL LLC for $525,000. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It sold for $276,000 in 2017.

Robert Barnett, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2509 Marblehead Drive to Dan and Emily Johnson, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,869 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2008.

Mandy LLC sold four condominiums, Units 1-4, at 1021 Point of Rocks Road to Charles McCurdy, trustee, and Amy Mancini, of Sarasota, for $2,175,000. Each unit was built in 1962, with two bedrooms, two baths and 944 square feet of living area.
