Patrol targets DUI violations

During a recent DUI saturation patrol, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office made four arrests and issued 16 citations, 10 written warnings and four correction cards.

Three of four arrests were DUI-related, while the other was another misdemeanor offense.

The county-wide patrol ran from 5:30 p.m. Sept. 7 to 3 a.m. Sept. 8.
