A home in Emerald Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Lou Ann Ranck, trustees, of Mount Pleasant, Mich., sold the home at 761 Old Compass Road to Brian and Cathy Maddox, of Longboat Key, for $1,675,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,825,000 in 2013.

Sanctuary II at Longboat Key Club

Jack Corn, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit A-202 condominium at 56 Sanctuary Drive to W. Gar Richlin, trustee, of Wellesley, Mass., for $1.5 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 1990.

Colin Barratt, of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, and Denise Barratt, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 505 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Hema Patel, trustee, of Xenia, Ohio, for $925,000.
