Lakewood Country Club home sells for $657,500

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 13-19.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. ACPA Land Investments LLC sold the home at 7253 Greystone St. to John and Marlene Manatt, Lakewood Ranch, for $657,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,912 square feet of living area.

EAST COUNTY
Treymore at the Village of Palm-Aire
Ronald and Georgia Klingensmith sold their home at 4744 Carrington Circle to Joseph and Joette Muscatell, Sarasota, for $488,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,442 square feet of living area. It sold for $624,000 in 2006.

Sonoma
Richard Orth and John Fleming sold their home at 8217 Santa Rosa Court to Charles and Tetyana Schwartz of Great Bend, Kansas, for $475,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,903 square feet of living area. It sold for $567,100 in 2008.

Danuta and Jerry Imiolek, University Park, sold their home at 8224 Villa Grande Court to Scot McClain, Sarasota, for $254,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,121 square feet of living area. It sold for $263,200 in 2008.
