Hudson Crossing condo sells for $1,545,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 20 and Feb. 24.

A condominium in Hudson Crossing tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Brian O’Brien and Kathleen O’Brien, trustees, sold the Unit PH-D condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Rainer and Debora Blomster, Sarasota, for $1,545,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2010.

SARASOTA
San Remo Estates
Scott Gerber and Alexandra Miller, Sarasota, sold their home at 1400 Siesta Drive to Rafael Pascale, Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 1998.

Condominium on the Bay
Edward Jaffry, trustee, Tallahassee, sold the Unit 1201 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Lawrence and Judith Bleiberg, Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2002.

Margaret Ferguson, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 411 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Ann Mugee, of Ontario, Canada, for $330,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1998.

The Landings
Kenneth and Zetta Fradin sold their home at 5152 Flicker Field Circle to Pat and Sally Wierzba, of Alberta, Canada, for $460,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,500 in 1992.

Rhodes and Hale
Peter Katz and Marla Hollander sold their home at 320 Ohio Place to Daniel Bridinger, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,058 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2009.

Renaissance
Wayne Hall, Chicago, sold his Unit 313 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Anthony and Christine Baer, of Rochester Hills, Mich., for $220,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,800 in 2002.

OSPREY
Oaks II
Kenneth and Dorothy Rowe sold their home at 842 Mac Ewen Drive to John and Jill Pook, Osprey, for $800,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,263 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,425,000 in 2007.

Meridian I at the Oaks Preserve
Lora Inc. sold the Unit 601 condominium at 385 N. Point Road to Barry and Sandra Sucher, Osprey, for $520,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2000.

Silver Oak
John and Jill Pook, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 8926 Bloomfield Blvd. to Ann Goebel-Greenwood and Mark Greenwood, of Pewaukee, Wis., for $515,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,590 square feet of living area.

Oaks I
Frances Felix, Osprey, sold her home at 252 Osprey Point Drive to William Dalton and Jennifer Putnam, Osprey, for $500,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1999.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
HB Property Group Inc. sold the home at 133 Lookout Point Drive to James Bonzon, trustee, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $387,500. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 2011.

Fifth Third Mortgage Co. sold the home at 1484 Seafarer Drive to JMZIRA LLC for $325,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,480 square feet of living area.

Stoneybook Veranda Greens
Thomas and Charlotte Kent sold their Unit 1826 condominium at 9580 High Gate Drive to Kenneth and Karin Dayton, of Plymouth, Minn., for $287,500. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,500 in 1996.

Turtle Rock
Marlene Smith sold her home at 8151 Nice Way to Mary Bracken, Sarasota, for $277,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,025 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1997.

Isles of Sarasota
Lee and Dorothy Schick, of Lake Elmo, Minn., sold their home at 2114 Burgos Drive to Ronald Hinton and Charlene Hinton, trustees, for $258,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,400 in 2008.

Gulf Gate East
Steven ad Maureen Pinson sold their home at 3678 Kingston Blvd. to Charles and Beverly Leonard, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,692 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1993.

The Hamptons
Anne Mack sold her home at 5178 Highbury Circle to Craig Christie, Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento Bayside
John Urciola and Steven Beasley, Sarasota, sold their home at 354 Bayside Parkway to Carl and Betty Swain, Nokomis, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,614 square feet of living area.

Mission Valley Estates
Richard and Allison Becker, of Maryville, Tenn., sold their home at 1220 New Forest Circle to Daniel and Delores Williams, Nokomis, for $275,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2004.
