Greenbrook homes top weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 26, 2011, and Jan. 13.

Two homes in Greenbrook Village top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Sara Hirter sold their home at 15121 Sundial Place to Stuart and Shannon Lipsteuer, Lakewood Ranch, for $615,000. Built in 2006, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2007.

Stephen and Katrina Alexander sold their home at 15024 Bowfin Terrace to Kenneth Rudge, Lakewood Ranch, for $448,800. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,500 in 2007.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
S. Bradley and Angela Combs, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 22579 Morning Glory Circle to John and Lisa Sherman, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $712,500 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Stanley and Barbara Mazurowski, of Sharpsburg, Ga., sold their home at 6623 Chickadee Lane to William and Marquetta Ourand, Lakewood Ranch, for $330,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,647 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,500 in 2008.

River Club South
Drew and Mary Dolison, Bradenton, sold their home at 9709 Sweetwater Ave. to Michael Wenninger and Stephen Magly, of Lombard, Ill., for $306,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,000 in 2004.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 9930 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to John Souchet, Bradenton, for $277,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2004.

Summerfield Village
GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 12234 Clubhouse Drive to Daniel Saikaley and Johanne Gordon, of Ontario, Canada, for $250,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2005.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
PRA Management LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 8464 Miramar Way to Alan and Mary Wolfson, Bradenton, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2009.

Tara
Thomas Maybee and Barbara George, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 6473 Rookery Circle to Carolyn Thompson, trustee, of Paducah, Ky., for $225,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,878 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2008.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm Aire
Douglas Fainelli, trustee, of Greenwich, Conn., sold the home at 6740 Cheswick St. to Carolyn Adams, of Elizabeth, Pa., for $224,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2011.

GreyHawk Landing
First Horizon Home Loans sold the home at 12404 Natureview Circle to Andrew and Danielle Delk, Bradenton, for $215,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2005.

Heller Estates
Patricia Shepherd, of Birmingham, Ala., sold her home at 507 Gates Creek Road to Lisa Chittaro for $215,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $203,500 in 2009.

Thomas and Judith Schmitt, of Hayesville, N.C., sold their home at 3502 Little Country Road to Philip and Shirley Morley, Parrish, for $400,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,371 square feet of living area.

Riverview
US Bank Association, trustee, sold the home at 615 45th Ave. E. to Jay Hoffman, Wesley Chapel, for $325,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2005.

River Woods
Michael and Georgene Kujawa, Parrish, sold their home at 11310 30th Court E. to Benjamin and Katherine Davis, Parrish, for $235,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,730 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,100 in 2002.

Twin Rivers
Kenneth and Robin Smith, of Rose Bud, Ark., sold their home at 15404 27th Court E. to William and Kathleen Suggett, Parrish, for $230,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2008.

Community Bank and Company sold the home at 3870 155th Ave. E. to Caravel Brazil LLC for $204,600. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,377 square feet of living area.

Harrison Ranch
Noi Van Nguyen and Linda Nguyen-Pham sold their home at 5784 99th Ave. Circle E. to Lawrence and Anna Petersen, of Lodi, N.J., for $200,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,093 square feet of living area.
