Frustrated Willowbrook residents turn out for board meeting

Residents of Willowbrook left largely dissatisfied Wednesday night following a condominium association board meeting.

The association's attorney attended to answer questions from residents about concerns residents have raised over the construction of their homes, which they say are deteriorating from water damage. Media was not allowed into the meeting and the association's lawyer declined comment, as he left the meeting.
Residents at the meeting, it was confirmed the association board is working to negotiate some sort of settlement or agreement with KB Home, the community's builder, but no details were shared with residents, they said.
