Condominium in Beau Ciel sells for $1.07 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 5 and Nov. 9.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Donna Townsend, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 803 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Geraldine Rothman-Serot, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.07 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2007.

SARASOTA
The Landings
Ramon and Myra Rakoff, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5165 Kestral Park Lane to H. Charles and Christina Rienhoff, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 1999.

Aqualane Estates
John and Judith Schomaker, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6124 Hollywood Blvd. to Gregory and Sheralee Formanski, of Pensacola, for $525,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,874 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,200 in 1997.

Rivo at Ringling
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the Unit 1002 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Ronald and Kari Moroz, of Sarasota, for $389,900. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2006.

Landings Treehouse
Jonathan and Paula Stein, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 31 condominium at 1495 Landings Lake Drive to Stanislaus Grabarek, of Milwaukee, for $366,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,000 in 2001.

Juliette Prodromidis, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael Burger and Joan Cable, trustees, of Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1994.

Villa Palmeras
Scott Carter, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4356 Camino Madera to Bjorn and Mary Anneren, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2002.

Rustic Lodge
Bernard and Margaret Bruns and Heidi Knudsen, of Indiana, Pa., sold their home at 2437 Temple St. to Allison Meuser, of Sarasota, for $239,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2005.

Eva Watson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 5269 Heron Way to Roger Gambuti and Dianne Verrinder, of Wayne, Ind., for $228,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1998.

Andrew and Kirsten Boyer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2417 Carlisle Place to Robert and Barbara Gold, of University Park, Md., for $205,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,471 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2010.

James and Sherri Jabanoski, trustees, of Fountain Hills, Ariz., sold the home at 7332 Featherstone Blvd. to Iwan and Auslya Mohamed, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2009.

DiVosta Homes LP sold the home at 5748 Fossano Drive to Joan Lerner, of Sarasota, for $296,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,764 square feet of living area.

Virginia Stoneybrook LLC sold the Unit 221 condominium at 8911 Veranda Way to William McGee and Virginia McGee, of Avon, Conn., for $262,500. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,000 in 1994.

I. Joel and Marcia Faber sold their Unit 29 condominium at 7375 Mara Vista Drive to Jozef Mihalik and Jozef Michalek for $250,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2001.
