Concession home sells for $1,025,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 12 and Oct. 16.

A home in the Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 19408 Beacon Park Place to Jamilyn and Ryan Beck, of University Park, for $1,025,000. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,696 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Henry Corr and Sharon Ross, of Hants, United Kingdom, sold their home at 1806 154th St. E. to Jon and Dawn Watts, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,396 square feet of living area.

Lance and Fallon Enfinger, of Braden River, sold their home at 14802 17th Ave. E. to Ronald and Sian Kaley, of Bradenton, for $418,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2010.

Timothy Taylor, managing member of Leisure Dreams LLC, sold the home at 13820 18th Place E. to Kristyn Lubrano and Anthony DeGregorio, of Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in January.

Incela Florida LLC sold the home at 7306 Heritage Grand Place to Arthur and Phyllis Valadie, of Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $542,600 in 2010.

William and Alicen Gordon sold their home at 8003 River Preserve Drive to Joseph and Laurie Pasquerell, of Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2012.
