+ Builder introduces new Founders model
The Founders Club announced last week the opening of the Turnberry, a new one-story model by Todd Johnston Homes.

The home is situated on the 11th green of the 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. It features views of the golf course, a lake and a preserve.

Within its 5,056 square feet of living space, the Turnberry also features three bedrooms, three full baths plus two half-baths, a family room, bonus room study, along with a hobby room that can double as an additional one-car garage.

+ Local agents earn PRIM awards
At dual award presentations, the Manatee Association of REALTORS recently honored the 2010 award recipients of the Professional REALTOR Institute of Manatee, a designation offered exclusively by the Manatee Association of REALTORS.

These agents were recognized for their educational, political and committee efforts at the national, state and local levels during 2009.
