Beach Residences condo sells for $3.7 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 25 and Aug. 29.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark and Kim Standish, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1102 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Maurice and Carolyn Cunniffe, of Greenwich, Conn., for $3.7 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.05 million in 2011.

Longboat Key Towers
Kathleen and Morton Sachs, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit N-101 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Woodland Rental Properties LLC for $1,496,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
Ewald and Rosemarie Schmidt, of Rappenau, Germany, sold their home at 590 Putter Lane to John and Donna Mason, of Atlanta, for $1.04 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,195 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 1993.

Jeff Menger and Kristin Menger, of Solon, Ohio, sold their home at 501 Halyard Lane to Amerestate Global Investment Group LLC for $575,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1988.

Conrad Beach
The Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 7050 Firehouse Road to Muhamed Becovic, of Indianapolis, for $760,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2002.

Grand Bay
Dean Fried, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 641 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Brian and Bobbie Sclar, of Woodsboro, Md., for $640,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2011.
Sunset Beach on Longboat Key

H. William and Pamela Mutz, of Lakeland, sold their Unit 1302 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Vahid and Aisa Sendijarevic, of Troy, Mich., for $490,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,000 in 2006.

Beachplace
Paul Carreiro and Kimberley Pelyk, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 501 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kelli Turner, of Raleigh, N.C., for $460,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000
in 2011.

Seaplace
Dennis Bradt, personal representative, of Tampa, sold the Unit G2-109-B condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Neal and Amanda Hall, of Longboat Key, for $422,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,000 in 2010.

Long Beach
Helen Levine, of Brunswick, Maine, sold the home at 6809 Pine St. to Danny and Danielle Madole, of Longboat Key, for $335,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,143 square feet of living area.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
James E. Boltz Pelican Harbour LLC sold the Unit B-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Boltz, of Longboat Key, for $230,600. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2012.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates

M. Asif Beg, of Sarasota, sold his home at 501 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Tessa Robinson, of Clarence, N.Y., for $1.75 million. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 3,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2005.
