A home in Avondale tops all real-estate transactions from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8. CNLBank sold the home at 1835 Lincoln Drive to John Palmer and Carol Weber, of Sarasota, for $922,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2001.

Mariella Doyle sold the home at 1125 Hampton Road to Charles and Christina Gentry, of Sarasota, for $355,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 2000.

Robert Harris, personal representative, sold the home at 2419 Bispham Road to Carol Metzger, of Sarasota, for $160,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,999 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1976.
