The Half Shell Oyster House served as the venue for two events - its own opening and the inauguration of the Mark Wandall Foundation's 'Safety Saves Lives' program, which aims to educate motorists on safe driving habits. The restaurant officially opens Jan. 10, but the night served as a preview of the cuisine and atmosphere to come. All proceeds from the event went to the Mark Wandall Foundation.
