MILL CREEK Jan. 4 2:30 p.m. - 500 block of 135th Street E. Grand Theft. The victim reported a package was stolen from outside his residence. Per the victim, the package was delivered Dec. 4, to the residence by UPS, at which time the unknown person(s) signed for the package and fled.
