Lilly Pulitzer at St. Armands Circle opened its brand new glass door for a grand re-opening on Nov. 26. The previous door, which was painted by Lilly's design team, will be auctioned off at Ringling in Bloom in February. Sarasota Ballet will receive 10 % of the event's proceeds.

To raise money for its school mascot, "Chompy" the alligator, to receive a new costume, B.D. Gullett Elementary students and their families attended a luau May 21, at the school. Proceeds will help replace the more than six-year-old outfit Chompy wears around campus.
